PRICE AND INFORMATION

Il Trovatore and Don Giovanni rooms can be used as single rooms with a 25% extra charge on the full person rate.
If apartments Il Trovatore and Don Giovanni are reserved for 2 kids between 2 and 12 years old, the first one will pay a full person price while the second rate will depend on the kid’s age.
For all other apartments the full rate for 2 persons is applied regardless of the minimum age of the guests.

Villa Clodia is located about 200 metres from Piani di Clodia. For check-in, check-out and other operations, please refer to the reception desk at Piani di Clodia Holiday Park. Buffet breakfast, daily maid service, swimming pool and spa are included. Free Wi-Fi.
The indicated prices do not include the tourist tax (starting from 15 years old), which will be paid locally. All our apartments are non-smoking.
All the Relais guests can use the holiday park Piani di Clodia services.

FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS
Animals are not allowed in our Relais, but your four-legged friends can find a special area at Piani di Clodia Holiday Park.

HOW TO BOOK
Booking requests have to be made on our website www.relaisvillaclodia.it, using the special form.

PAYMENTS
A 30% of the total amount will be requested by credit card when booking. The balance for the holiday must be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival. The reservation is not valid if not confirmed by our booking office.

CANCELLATIONS
In case of cancellation, please inform our booking office by e-mail:

• up to 30 days before arrival, the entire amount will be refunded, with no cancellation costs;
• up to 15 days before arrival, 50% of the amount will be refunded.

No refund will be provided for cancellations beyond these periods.

ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE
Apartments will be available from 3 p.m. on the arrival day.
Check-out time is at 11 a.m. on departure day.
After checking out, guests can use the spa and pool areas with no additional costs, till closing time.
